By accessing or using Berrapay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Berrapay

Berrapay is a digital platform that enables users to conveniently:

  • Purchase airtime and data bundles
  • Pay electricity (PHCN/DisCo) bills
  • Subscribe to TV services (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
  • Access educational PINs (WAEC, JAMB, etc.)
  • Read informational blog content related to telecoms, utilities, and digital payments

Berrapay operates as a bill payment and VTU service provider and does not own or control the services of third-party providers such as telecom networks or utility companies.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

By using Berrapay, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

Berrapay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Account Registration

To access some features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account

Berrapay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Services and Transactions

All transactions carried out on Berrapay are processed electronically.

Please note:

  • Airtime, data, and bill payments are instant where possible, but delays may occur due to network or third-party issues
  • Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed
  • You are responsible for entering the correct phone number, meter number, smart card number, or customer ID

Berrapay will not be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect details provided by users.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for services are displayed on the platform and may change without prior notice
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • Berrapay does not store your card or banking details

All charges are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Successful transactions are non-refundable
  • Refunds may only be considered for failed transactions where value was not delivered
  • Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Berrapay.

7. Blog Content and Information Disclaimer

Content published on the Berrapay blog is for informational and educational purposes only.

While we strive to keep information accurate and updated:

  • Telecom tariffs, USSD codes, and pricing may change without notice
  • Berrapay is not responsible for decisions made based on blog content

Users are encouraged to verify information directly with service providers when necessary.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform

is the intellectual property of Berrapay, unless otherwise stated.

  • Errors caused by third-party service providers
  • Losses arising from incorrect user inputs
